Overview
Overview is the first row of the rail and the page the console opens on. It is different for each role: each person sees the view that answers the question their role comes with, and everything else is one link away in the rail.
Who can open it
Section titled “Who can open it”Everyone who can sign in. A person who holds several roles gets one view, chosen by the most responsible role they hold:
| You hold | You see | The question it answers |
|---|---|---|
| Platform admin | The platform view | Is the platform ready and healthy, and what needs you across it? |
| Admin | The tenant admin view | What needs you in this tenant, and how is it being used? |
| Builder | The builder view | What are you building in this tenant, and which models can you try it on? |
| Auditor | The auditor view | Is the record intact, and what changed lately? |
| Reviewer | The reviewer view | What is waiting for your judgment? |
| End user | The end user view | Which assistants can you talk to, and where did you leave off? |
So an Admin who is also an Auditor sees the tenant admin view, and a platform admin who also holds a tenant role sees the platform view.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”Every view opens with the same header:
- The title Welcome to Olympusx AI (or your organization’s product name, if the console is branded).
- A line under it naming the question this view answers.
- A tenant picker, shown only when you can see more than one tenant.
- A tag that names your roles, for example Role: Admin.
If your account is not in a tenant yet, the page says No tenant yet and asks you to have a platform admin add you to one.
Lists on this page check for something that needs you. When the check finds nothing, the list says Nothing needs you right now rather than showing an empty box. When a check fails, the list says what could not be checked and offers Try again.
End user view
Section titled “End user view”- Assistants you can use: every assistant published in your tenant. Select one to open its chat. If none is live yet, the page says No assistant is live in this tenant yet.
- Your recent conversations: your five most recent conversations, each of which reopens in its assistant’s chat. All your conversations opens My conversations.
Builder view
Section titled “Builder view”- Four figures: Agents, Assistants (with how many are live), Models ready, and Tokens this month.
- Agents changed last: the five agents edited most recently, with All agents.
- Models to try: the models deployed and ready in this tenant, with Open the Playground. If none is ready, the page says an Admin of the tenant deploys the models it was granted.
- Start something: Build an agent, Publish an assistant, Try a model and Create a pipeline.
Tenant admin view
Section titled “Tenant admin view”- Four figures: Models ready, Assistants, Tokens this month and Requests this month.
- Needs you, which gathers four kinds of item:
- Pending approvals: tool calls an agent is waiting on, each reading “Wants to call
<tool>. Asked<when>.” - Budgets: tenant, project and key budgets that are blocked, over their limit, or at 80% or more of it.
- Deployments: models that failed to deploy, or that the gateway does not route to.
- Tool servers: a tool server that is switched off while agents still use its tools.
- Pending approvals: tool calls an agent is waiting on, each reading “Wants to call
- Tokens, last 30 days: input and output tokens per day, with View usage. With fewer than two days of traffic, the page says the total in words instead of drawing a chart.
- Models ready, with Open models.
- Start something: Build an agent, Publish an assistant, Issue an API key and Create a pipeline.
Auditor view
Section titled “Auditor view”- Is the audit trail intact?: Olympusx AI verifies the tenant’s audit trail when the page opens. The result is one of Intact: every entry links to the one before it, Tampering detected (with the first entry that fails and why), or Nothing to verify yet. Verify again runs the check again.
- Three figures: Changes, last 7 days, Erasures, last 30 days and Traces, last 7 days.
- Recent configuration changes: the eight latest, with who made each and when, and Open the audit trail.
- Recent erasures: the five latest, with Open erasure.
- Traces per day, last 7 days, with Open traces. When tracing is off on the platform, this panel says so.
Reviewer view
Section titled “Reviewer view”- Start reviewing, which opens the review queue. When nothing is waiting, the button is unavailable and the page says new answers appear in the queue as they are given.
- Four figures: Assistant answers waiting, Gateway turns waiting, Approvals waiting, and Your verdicts, last 30 days. A count that reaches 200 reads 200 or more.
- Approvals waiting for a decision: the eight newest held calls, with Open approvals.
- Recent verdicts: the six latest judgments recorded in the tenant, with Open scores.
Platform view
Section titled “Platform view”- Needs you: setup steps still open, platform dependencies that are not healthy, tenant budgets near or over their limit, closed billing periods waiting for their statement, and model imports that failed in the last week and were not retried.
- Figures for platform health, managed nodes, allocatable GPUs and tenants.
- Serving pool by GPU type, Tenants against their budgets and Model imports running.
- Finish setting up the platform, shown until every setup step is done, with Open the full checklist.
The platform administrator’s pages are described in The platform administrator’s job.
The welcome screen
Section titled “The welcome screen”The first time a person signs in, the console shows a welcome screen before Overview. It is shown once per person, not once per tenant.
The screen shows your tenant and your role as two chips, then a set of tiles. Each tile names something you can do; tiles your role cannot open are not shown.
| Tile | Opens | Shown to |
|---|---|---|
| Talk to an assistant | My conversations | Admin, Builder, Reviewer, End user |
| Deploy models | Build › Models | Admin, Builder, Auditor |
| Monitor performance | Operate › Traces | Admin, Builder, Auditor |
| Manage knowledge | Build › Knowledge | Admin, Builder, Auditor |
| Create a pipeline | Build › Knowledge › Pipelines | Admin, Builder, Auditor |
| Deploy assistants | Build › Assistants | Admin, Builder, Auditor |
| Deploy agents | Build › Agents | Admin, Builder, Auditor |
| See your usage | Govern › Usage | Admin, Builder, Auditor |
A platform admin sees the installation’s setup steps instead, each marked Done once complete. The first-run wizard describes them.
To leave the welcome screen:
- Select a tile, then select the button at the bottom, which takes the tile’s action as its label (for example Open my conversations).
- Or select Explore on my own to go to Overview.
Either way, the screen does not appear again for you.
