Usage

Govern › Usage shows what a tenant has consumed this month: tokens in, tokens out and requests, by day and by model. Admins, builders and auditors read it; admins and auditors export it.

Role What they can do
Admin Read usage and Export CSV.
Builder Read usage. No export.
Auditor Read usage and Export CSV.
End user, Reviewer Cannot open the page.
Platform admin Read and export any tenant’s usage, or All tenants together.

The export is limited to admins and auditors because a usage statement is the tenant’s financial record leaving the platform in a file.

Olympusx AI meters every model call it serves for the tenant, whoever made it:

  • applications calling the gateway with an API key;
  • the console’s own calls: the Playground, assistants, agents, knowledge answers and knowledge ingestion (embeddings), the Code Assistant and Security.

Each call is counted once, as a request with its input tokens and output tokens. Calls to cloud models the tenant uses through the gateway are counted the same way. Usage is attributed to the tenant, the project and the key the call was made under.

Prices, GPU time and the currency apply on the billing statements a platform administrator produces. See Billing.

  1. The header: Usage, “Tokens and requests through the gateway this month, by tenant and by model.”
  2. The tenant picker and, for admins and auditors, Export CSV. A platform administrator can pick All tenants.
  3. Four figures for the month to date: Total tokens, Requests, Input tokens, Output tokens.
  4. Tokens per day, last 30 days: a daily chart. Days without usage show as zero rather than being bridged.
  5. Tokens by model: a bar chart, largest first.
  6. Usage by model: a table with Model, Input, Output, Total and Requests, searchable with Search models, 10, 25 or 50 rows a page. Each model name links to that model’s page. A row with no model named reads No model named.

Before the tenant’s first metered call, the page shows No usage recorded yet, with Go to Keys and budgets for an admin.

  • The figures, the model chart, the table and the export cover the current calendar month to date, in UTC.
  • The daily chart covers the last 30 UTC days, which can reach into the previous month.
  1. Choose the tenant.
  2. Select Export CSV. The button is disabled while the tenant has no usage this month.

The file, usage-<tenant>.csv, holds one row per model and a final TOTAL row:

model,input_tokens,output_tokens,total_tokens,requests
qwen2.5-7b-instruct,1820344,402118,2222462,9310
bge-m3,611002,0,611002,1204
TOTAL,2431346,402118,2833464,10514

The export is a statement of the month to date. If the download fails, The export was not downloaded says why.
