My conversations

My conversations lists the conversations you started with an assistant, so you can pick one up where it stopped. For an end user it is, with Overview, the whole console.

Every role that chats with assistants: Admin, Builder, Reviewer and End user. An Auditor does not chat, so the row is not in their rail.

The list holds only conversations you started, whatever your role. An Admin or a Reviewer who wants to read other people’s conversations uses Operate › Conversations.

  1. The page header, with a tenant picker when you can see more than one tenant.
  2. A search field, Search conversations.
  3. A table of your conversations, most recent first:
Column What it shows
Conversation The conversation’s title, or Untitled conversation. The title is a link.
Assistant The assistant you talked to.
Started When you asked the first question.
Last turn When the last answer was given.
Answers How many answers the assistant gave.

When you have not started a conversation yet, the page says You have not started a conversation yet and offers Go to the overview, where the assistants you can use are listed.

  1. Select the conversation’s title.
  2. The assistant’s chat opens with the whole conversation in it.
  3. Type your next question. It continues the same conversation.
  1. Type in Search conversations.
  2. Olympusx AI searches every question you asked in your conversations, not only their titles, and not only the ones on screen.

Open an assistant from Assistants you can use on Overview. The conversation appears here once you have asked your first question. Talking to an assistant describes the chat itself.

How long a conversation is kept is set by your platform administrator; see Data retention. An erasure request for you removes your conversations; see Erasure.
